HausPole is a wall-anchored pole system wardrobe from HausBedroom, a Singapore wardrobe specialist. L-shaped aluminium poles stand on the floor and are fixed to the wall, carrying adjustable shelves, rails and drawers, so the wardrobe fits around aircon trunking and beams without boxing them in.
No. HausPole stops below the trunking instead of boxing it in, so the aircon technician can service it without touching the wardrobe. Power points stay reachable too.
A pole system suits you if your wall has trunking or beams, you want to change the layout later, or you may move house after MOP. A built-in suits you if you want a fully closed, seamless look. HausPole costs about 15% less than a traditional carpentry wardrobe of the same length, laminate and door type.
No. Tension poles are pressed between floor and ceiling. HausPole is anchored to the floor and wall. Where there is no wall, we use a floor-to-ceiling pole drilled into the ceiling, not held by pressure.
No. Partition walls are fine. Where there is no wall at all, a floor-to-ceiling pole is used instead. Our standard built-in set also includes a partition wall and pelmet up to the ceiling.
At 600 mm span, each shelf is rated for 30 kg and each aluminium hanging rail for 40 kg. One bay between two floor-standing poles is rated for 150 kg, carried to the floor.
Sets under 2 m are installed in one day. Longer sets are scheduled at site measurement. Fabrication takes 3–5 weeks after you approve the drawings.
Yes. Start open and add laminate or mirror sliding doors, swing doors, bi-fold doors or HausGlide folding-sliding doors after installation, without rebuilding.
Yes. HausPole comes down and goes back up in your next home, and it can be split or extended to fit the new room.
