How are you different from interior designers in Singapore?

Most interior designers outsource their carpentry — but not us. We have our own workshop, which means better control over quality, pricing, and timelines. Backed by two decades in the business, we also provide full renovation packages and optional 3D rendering services. Our renovation service includes:

Where’s your showroom? Do I need to book ahead?

We’re based in Singapore, and yes — walk-ins are welcome! But for a more focused consultation, we suggest booking via WhatsApp or the form on our website.

Definitely. We believe accurate measurements are key — we’ll come down, assess the space, and make sure everything is planned right.

What if I change my mind after confirming the order?

Yes! All our carpentry work comes with a 24-month workmanship warranty, and we’ve been standing behind our work for over 20 years.

What if I need help after installation?

We conduct a final walkthrough with a detailed handover checklist. Any necessary touch-ups are completed within 14 days.

What warranty do you provide?

How do I know which system is right for me?

It depends on your lifestyle, space, and future plans. If you need something long-lasting and fully custom, built-ins may suit you. If you’re looking for flexibility and a modern vibe, modular systems like HausFlex or HausPole could be a better match.

What should I prepare before renovation starts?

Have your floor plan ready, note your daily storage needs, and think about your long-term lifestyle changes (like expanding a family or remote work). We’ll guide you through the rest.

Can your products be installed in condos with MCST rules?

Yes — we’re experienced with MCST approval processes and HDB renovation guidelines. We’ll help with all the paperwork. We are also HDB approved contractor.

When It’s Not Worth It

Should I wait to renovate if I’m selling or renting my unit soon?

If you’re selling within 6–12 months, full carpentry may not yield a return. But if you’re renting out, a basic modular system like HausFlex can increase appeal without heavy investment or you can dismantle it and relocate it to your next place

Is custom carpentry worth it for rental properties?

It depends. Modular or semi-custom setups are often more cost-effective for rental units. We’ll help you decide what makes sense based on your goals.
